Neuruh Tool Build | ImpactEdge and Evidence Schema

ImpactEdge Tool

Evidence, invalidation edges, calculations, and decisions, in one working ledger. Built directly from the source schema. Every field on this page comes from that source. Nothing else is presented as schema.

1. What this is, how it works, and what this is not

What this is. A working form of the ImpactEdge and evidence schema from the source file. You enter evidence records, link them to calculations, declare impact edges that say what goes stale when a fact changes, and record decisions with an authority check. The tool scores evidence strength, computes edge impact, simulates one-hop invalidation with receipts, checks grade conflicts, and applies the governance intersection from the source.

How it works. Add at least one evidence record, add an edge that names the source fact and its affected outputs, add a calculation that binds an algorithm and version to evidence, then add a decision. Use the propagator to change a fact and watch outputs go stale one hop at a time. Use Share to copy a link that restores this exact state from the URL hash.

What this is not. It is not the N-Cell runtime, not an Organ Manifest registry, not a live data feed, and not a legal or underwriting authority. It does not fetch county records, MLS data, or any external source. It does not prove a fact is true. It only records what you entered, grades it by the schema rules, and shows what depends on it.

Source claim, not a verified fact: the source file states this schema closes the ImpactEdge and Organ Manifest contracts that were missing in every July 2026 analysis. That is the source author's claim. This tool does not verify that claim.
Derived scoring, not source math: the source defines no numeric impact-score formula. It defines rules I1 to I5, grade order, the governance intersection, and the decision authority rule. The numeric scores on this page are this tool's transparent working definitions, shown in full below, so you can check every number by hand. Do not quote them as schema values.

2. Try it: walkthrough

  1. Click Sample 1: ARV cascade below. It loads one county evidence record, one edge, one calculation, and one decision.
  2. Read the evidence strength and edge impact score. Check them against the definitions in section 1.
  3. In the propagator, pick source fact FACT-ARV-001, enter a new value such as 185000, and click Propagate change. MAO, offer, and CRM note go stale one hop at a time, each with a receipt line.
  4. Try the conflict checker: enter the same fact with grade seller_claim against the county record. It blocks the overwrite and records a conflict.
  5. Clear the form and load Sample 2 for a cross-organ lien conflict, or Sample 3 for a revoked algorithm and a decision with no authority.
  6. Click Copy share link. The link restores this exact state from the URL hash on load.

Samples are synthetic worked examples for the tool. They are not real county records, real sales, or verified facts.

3. Evidence ledger

Evidence record fields, exactly as the source defines them: evidence_id, fact, source_name, source_url, accessed_date, grade, independence_group, data_rights. Two sources owned by the same seller or agent do not corroborate each other. Voter-file contact data is use-then-delete, never retained, never in a receipt. Owner PII never goes in a public receipt.

Evidence strength: no evidence yet.

4. Impact edges

ImpactEdge object, exactly as the source defines it: edge_id, source_fact_id, source_engine, affected_outputs, rule (I1 to I5), created_at, status (active, stale, rolled_back).

No edges yet.
edge_idsource_fact_idsource_engineaffected_outputsrulestatusimpact score

Propagator: change a fact, invalidate one hop at a time

Rule I1: a new fact invalidates, never silently updates. Rule I2: invalidation propagates one hop at a time, with receipts.

No propagation yet. Stale outputs are not used until re-run.

Conflict checker: rule I4

A fact with a lower source grade never overwrites a higher-grade fact. County record beats seller claim.

No conflict check yet.

5. Calculations

Calculation record, exactly as the source defines it: calculation_id, algorithm, algorithm_version, verifier, inputs (evidence_ids), output, computed_at, revocation_check (algorithm version still current, yes or no). A calculation with no algorithm binding is free-form text, not a calculation. A calculation whose algorithm version was revoked is STALE until re-run.

No calculations yet.

6. Decisions

Decision record, exactly as the source defines it: decision_id, decision, evidence_ids, calculation_ids, gates_passed, gates_failed, authority (human approval record or none), receipt_hash. Decision without a human approval record has offer_authorized = false. Always.

No decisions yet.

7. Organ Manifest (minimal)

Every organ declares: organ_id, version, modules owned (from the 84-module registry, per the source), activation predicates (what input routes to it), outputs owned, impact edges emitted, and authority required. Until a manifest exists, organMask in an N-Cell header is meaningless. No manifest, no activation. Manifest format is a single JSON object per organ, versioned, hashed, stored with the run receipt.

No manifest saved yet.
Rollback, rule I5: rollback restores the prior manifest version and prior receipts. Rollback is a first-class operation with its own receipt, not a delete. Use the button below to record a rollback receipt for the current manifest version.
No rollback recorded.

9. Completeness and share

The meter checks the schema pieces this tool can verify from what you entered. It does not verify truth, provenance, or live data.

Completeness: 0% (0 of 8 checks).

Missing: evidence, edge, calculation, decision, manifest, header, corroboration, governance.

Share link appears here after you click Copy share link. State is stored in the URL hash as #d= base64 JSON.

Share link format: page URL plus #d= followed by base64 JSON of evidence, edges, calculations, decisions, manifest, header, and logs. Loading a link restores that state.
